The rivet material undergoes a gentle deformation due to orbital action, which results in faultless riveting with practiclly no alteration of the metal structure. The operation is noiseless and uses low cost toolings. The micromatic stroke adjustment enables quick set-up. Stepless adjustment of the riveting force, time and stroke allows the machine to perform for a variety of applications.
